Apparently April…Again

I’m thinking that this is going to be a thing for every April from here on out. Shocked again I am to find myself in this month, but super excited it is FINALLY SPRING BREAK! (And an aside: Happy April Fools’ Day!)

REVIEWS

Two reviews from March! First up was The Hint of Light by Kristin Kisska–a book I picked up at that local bookfest I attended in February. I also read HausMagick by Erica Feldmann. You may have noticed that all the books I’m sharing are receiving 5 stars, ’tis true! I’m not here to be a critique (or critic!) of everything that’s wrong…. I’m more into sharing the good things. BLOGS

Zack Spring jumped in with a quick little post about navigating medical care after your doc retires. He’s conjuring up Spring-related words for an April release! It will be interesting what he comes up with.

I wrote a short little bit about yoga on my parenting blog… Yoga really is magic… my kid is truly digging these nightly meditations! Maybe a little too much for such a tired mama. 🤪

THE REST

I signed up for a local Reading festival to sell my books to the public…not sure if I’ll get chosen or not, but I’ll keep you posted.

We’ve been knee deep in Wonka lately, and for this year’s book parade (which sadly I couldn’t attend due to a MRI on my foot!), the child wore our interpretation of Roald Dahl’s famous, if not notorious, chocolatier. It was a fun little get-up to make!

Spring Break is starting here this week and I’m super happy to have some downtime. Catch you next month!
