Swellness Vibes took to the web with some posts last month as planned. I shared some new recipes for eczema, and touched on burnout and panic attacks for those in the holistic health/caregiving industry. I have at least one post planned for next month already!

Looking ahead to Halloween–what?! There’s the potential for me to be published in a Halloween anthology this year, but first, I have to write a story. Ideas are brewing, I hope I get chosen!
